Yes, you can. Just fill in your address as the ‘Billing address’, and the address you want to receive your order at as the ‘Shipping address’.

For the order confirmation, check your email inbox. Although order confirmations are mailed to our customers within 4 hours of placing the order, it may sometimes take upto 24 hours. In case of trouble locating the email in the inbox, you can alternatively look for it in your spam folder.

“Out of Stock” products cannot be immediately ordered. However, to get notified about when the product is available, click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and fill in your email address for restocking alerts.

All our payment gateways are 100% secure and safe to use.

Payment failures may happen for any reason. It may include, but may not be limited to: insufficient funds (debit card), exhausted credit limit (credit card), online ordering restrictions (contact bank), technical problems with payment merchants etc. In case of a failed payment, and amount deducted from your account, contact your credit card/debit card issuer (Bank) for further information. Note: For credit card orders, ensure that the address you enter in the “Billing Address” matches the address linked with your bank account.

An order once placed cannot be modified. We look forward to changing this as soon as we can.

Domestic Orders: Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, UPI, and Net banking.

International Orders: Credit card (all countries), or Debit card (Select countries only). 

If you are in India, we may be able to ship to you with a few exceptions. If you qualify for free domestic shipping, you will be able to see it in your cart at the time of placing your order. 

International Orders:

We ship our products internationally, and to many countries. International orders attract a shipping fee, which will reflect in your cart at the time of placing your order. Note: shipping and handling rates may vary, based on product, packaging, size, volume and other specifications. Charges for shipping and handling mentioned on the checkout page will be final and the same shall be informed to customers before making the payment. Shipping charges paid only cover the shipping/delivery partner’s costs and are exclusive of customs duties and other charges that may be levied by the Customs Department of the receiver’s country.

We do our best to dispatch domestic orders within 2 business days from receiving the order. For international orders, we ship the order within 7 business days from receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), National holidays in India, will only be dispatched according to the business days after the weekend.

We carefully package our products with bubble wrap, and in a stiff cardboard carton. Then, we tape it from all edges and corners to prevent them from light and heat exposure and add extra layers of wrapping in case of fragile glass bottles.
